Son enjoyed reading this one, though I feel it was lacking a bit and not as great as rest of series。。。 but still entertaining。

Michelle Arnold

Mr Snake was beginning to be my favorite character but he isn’t any more! DC

About to be the only childless person in their 30's in the theater seeing THIS AS A MOVIE。 *crosses fingers* Please don't fuck it up, Dreamworks。 About to be the only childless person in their 30's in the theater seeing THIS AS A MOVIE。 *crosses fingers* Please don't fuck it up, Dreamworks。 。。。more

great book I love the bad guys series am exited to read about the next part it is about a wolf a snake a Parana and a shark that are trying to be good。 They encounter aliens and buts along the way。 But as they try to become good they are constantly reminded that they are big and scary but they still try。

Cindy

Not my favorite of the Bad Guys books (Intergalactic Gas will always be #1), but another solid, ridiculous installment - this time with Matrix references galore。

4。5- Oh my goodness。。。 the one part at the end。。。 you'll know it when you get there。 XD These books are so interesting because it feels like (plot-wise) nothing happens and everything happens。 4。5- Oh my goodness。。。 the one part at the end。。。 you'll know it when you get there。 XD These books are so interesting because it feels like (plot-wise) nothing happens and everything happens。 。。。more

We learn more about Foxie and her role as The ONE。 Can she really stop Snake? Will she continue to upset everyone who thinks she has been keeping a secret? Dark forces continue in this episode but as always。。。it is to be continued so I will anxiously await the next book in the series。 Recommended for Grades 4-5。

These books are cute quick reads that are also really funny! I love how the reporter has just gotten dragged along into the story as well。 I though she was funny so I’m glad she’s stuck with them lol。

This was EXTREMELY weird and nothing makes sense but it’s still entertaining lol

Review from a 5-year old“Okay。 Poop poop, how do you do。 If you pooped on a burger, I will toot 💩Poop is funny💩 I like poop 💩Okay? This book is silly because there is poop in it。 💩This is funny。😂So, my favorite part was when I saw granny’s poop shop 💩。The hot poop burgers were yummy 💩🍔。I really like when the hot poop was talked about。 💩That’s all。 👋🏻”

Meagan

I’m really excited that we get two more of these stories this year! Always a fun quick read。

Tommy

If you are the one does that mean you are relly alive? Or are you the spirit of the one?

Nancy

Thanks Becca for keeping me updated!

I Love The Bad Guys。 This series never gets old。 Students love them too。 And I just found out it’s becoming a movie in 2022?!? Yes!!!

Stephanie Weatherly

This one was a tad scarier for my 5 year old than the others。 Both my boys definitely enjoyed the hot poop chapter。 Lol。

Suzanne Bowles

Confusing。 The story needs to end。

This one of the series was really dramatic。 but wasn't as exiting as the others。 I feel like this book didn't have a lot of scenes or important things。 The book 12 was a bit interesting and I cant wait for book 13!! The boy rated it a 4。 I would probably knock it down a star - could have done without the "Poop Diner" and all the groan inducting signage。 The boy rated it a 4。 I would probably knock it down a star - could have done without the "Poop Diner" and all the groan inducting signage。 。。。more

Some decent laughs but not much really happens in this one。

Read the series before a book discussion with elementary kids。 This volume was published just as we had our discussion。 This one took a hard turn to more scary。 I did enjoy Wolf noting which book foreshadowed certain events。 Missed the visual joke of Wolf and Snake scuffle over changing the Bad Guys emblem to Good Guys before each book began, and the costumes of Shark。I still think I would enjoy them more in color。I will not be read any more, but will watch the movie in 2021 if theaters safely o Read the series before a book discussion with elementary kids。 This volume was published just as we had our discussion。 This one took a hard turn to more scary。 I did enjoy Wolf noting which book foreshadowed certain events。 Missed the visual joke of Wolf and Snake scuffle over changing the Bad Guys emblem to Good Guys before each book began, and the costumes of Shark。I still think I would enjoy them more in color。I will not be read any more, but will watch the movie in 2021 if theaters safely open。 。。。more

Disappointed with this one。 Feel like the series is just going on and on when it could have been done a few books ago。

Nadina

Cute fast paced volume。 I like that there are 4th wall breaks to give account of where previous events or significant details arenin the series。 The illustrations are simple but cute。 I liked the plot of this volume。 Fun and I look forward to the next volume。

Zac

I keep reading these but keep feeling a little disappointed。 I miss the days of Shark dressing up in different costumes and the mishaps of trying to be good guys。 I really wish Aaron Blabey could start a new series with different characters。

Gianni Farina

This was a great book

Book 12 picks up immediately after book 11。 I love the reference Wolf makes to previous books as part of the dialogue。 More humorous moments in a book full of them。 Readers learn who The One is and see how Snake is conflicted but being swayed by the one who is finally named in this book。 A double cliffhanger ending。

Lavoie Lianne (The Towering Pile)

These continue to be very entertaining, though this one feels very。。。 lacking any conclusion? It's very much like a chapter in a larger story。 I know the whole series is kinda like that, but really this one is like a bridge。 These continue to be very entertaining, though this one feels very。。。 lacking any conclusion? Have you ever read a series that feels like it is very self-aware that is spiraling? That is a little what the last few Bad Guys have felt like。 Where do you go after alien invasion, zombie kittens, superpowers, time travel, the end of the world, and a good guy really going bad? A car chase? A mysterious savior? The multiverse? Granny Gumbo's Poop Burgers? It's all here。 I still love reading these, but we have traveled quite a distance from the days of the first Bad Guys support group meetings a Have you ever read a series that feels like it is very self-aware that is spiraling? It's all here。 I still love reading these, but we have traveled quite a distance from the days of the first Bad Guys support group meetings and a quaint mission to save cute dogs from certain doom at the pound。 I also wish each book had a bit more a self-contained arc--these get a little frustrating to read in one sitting while feeling like you haven't actually learned anything new or moved forward with the storyline。 。。。more
